Day 1,
My sister woke me up for su7oor, I had a bowl of Special K cereal, dates, water, a peach and advil (very important). Woke up to my utter inconvenience to go to Al Ain to do the TOEFL iBT exam, you might wonder why I need it if I had just graduated, well it is for some future plans and I really like to keep everything updated. My TOEFL result is invalid. Ne ways, so I went, did the exam, half way though, I felt my head hurts, so I massaged my temples and went back to finish the exam. My sister picked me up and we headed back to AD. I believe I slept with my shades on, I wished I had my sleeping eye mask with me *Yes I do take it + neck pillow with me when we go on the highway.* I reached home feeling dizzy, want to throw up, severe abdominal pain, shivering and sweating from the cool AC, I prayed and went back to bed until time for iftar. I knew then that if the pain doesn't go away I will have to go to the emergency. I was right. I had 3 dates for iftar, a sip of water and a forced glass of lemon juice which I threw up. So, the first thing that went into my system, I mean my futoor was IV Fluid.

For some reason, in europe a specialist doctor hooks the needle for you, here we have nurses to do that. Well, her hand wasn't light enough, I still can see the bruise it left behind.
Day 2,
All recovered and prepared by taking my medicine at su7oor. I woke up with a good spirit. I decided to cook. Well first thing I did when I woke up was that I read Quran, then checked some recipes and decided to cook. I made Musaga3a, the greek way, and apple pie. Thank god, they loved what I did. It was yummy indeed.

This is my new apron, the latest one, shame it doesn't have a pocket.

Apple Pie and I forgot to take a pic of the Musaga3a.
Day 3,
I had to run some errands in the morning and it was hot and sunny and unbearable. Came back home feeling my head like a balloon about to burst. Slept and when I woke up in the afternoon I read Quran and decided that I shall not do anything since I felt my head hurt slightly. Some funny drama happened to me on this day. I shall keep it to myself.
Day 4,
Again I needed to run some errands, so again I came back home with a blown up head from the heat. Although I felt tired, I wasn't suffering from any headaches until before iftar. On this day I made Chicken in Coconut Sauce buns, to be honest there was no recipe to follow, I just threw some ingredients into the pan and it turned to be something good and yummy. I couldn't eat that day though, yes because of the headache.

Chicken in Coconut Sauce buns.
Day 5,
Which is today. Didn't leave the house, slept more than everyday since starting Ramdhan. Made sure that I rest properly. Didn't do much, or anything productive but read Quran. Well I read everyday that doesn't change a thing but seriously, all I did is that I sat in my room doing nothing except for contacting some people concerning some stuff and sending them emails. It just feels so good to rest.
I'm in love with this commercial. Btw I didn't watch any of the shows except for Sha3beyat AlKartoon and 5o9a Bo9a.
On the Bulletin Board:
- I promise next time I will post recipes.
- I mentioned that on twitter, sometimes I really do feel like drilling through my skull to let out the pressured blood out. Yeah, I'm crazy I know.
- Although I'm reading Quran regularly, I feel that I'm waaaay behind.
- I want to go out, I want to visit people, I just feel so tired after tarawee7 prayer and I just stay at home. My siblings living in the same house mayshaj3oon.
- Now, this is major, I don't know it has been killing me lately, but all I can say is that I wish I would meet them one day, at least know who they are and I fear they would think low of me and reject me, Allah Kareem.
- Seems like this Ramdhan, I will be living on pills.
Stay tuned,
